Always a fantastic meal- the best butter chicken in Melbourne!
We chose this restaurant on the basis of location and what others had said about it. And we were very pleasantly surprised. The quality of the mains (goat curry, lamb korma and chicken makhani) was very good, the service was unobtrusively top rate, and the surroundings delightful. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
Staff have a good sense of humour which is a must for me. They are courteous and polite too! A must try..
Great meal at a local gem. Really enjoyed the food and the service was attentive. Ordered the tandoori chicken to share which was great and generous. The lamb rogan josh was fantastic, tender lamb with a nicely spiced sauce with not too much heat. The hot chicken vindaloo was HOT but not as much sauce so a touch dry for me. Rice was pillowy and well cooked and the Naan bread was charred, soft and tasty. Overall a great value meal from a neighbourhood gem. I would definitely be back.
Great food lots of flavours. Very good size portions . the service was fast .The restaurant was very clean. I will go back for seconds.
Neighbourhood gem in Bundoora. Had a fantastic meal with a mate. Great value and very tasty food. Shared the tandoori platter which was very delicious. Well marinated and the lamb chops were tops. For mains had vindaloo and Rogan Josh. Terrific flavours and sauce was very good. The hot vindaloo was def hot so be warned. Soft pillowy, charred and buttery garlic naan heaven. Loved the whole meal. Will be back.
Great tasting Indian food. One of the best fish curries I have eaten.
Good value for money and BYO.
Great Indian food - cheap eats
Quick and friendly service
Keep going back. Food is good and service is good.
Very accommodating when We asked them to make the mains take away as our daughter was getting restless. Very friendly staff
Friendly staff, quick service, very clean and delicious food
A local restraunt with delicious Indian cusine. Friendly, courteous service. Need to visit more often as we only live down the road!
Nice place, food was nice. Atmosphere was good and service was good. Will go back again.
Service was slow, although we had booked online. Papadum was served at the time of the meal and not prior as should be the case with Indian dining. We had heart burns when we returned and had difficulty sleeping due to constant regurgitation.
Great food, great service. Most food are spicy though so we did struggle to feed our one year old but adults enjoyed it very much.
Amazing food with amazing service.
Great location for someone living in the Northern Suburbs, good food, prompt service, nice vibe.
Been going here 4 years

Quality, quirky Indian cuisine
For quality Indian cuisine Namaste Indian is the way to go. This Bundoora local is known for its generous portions and quality cooking and we just can’t go past a serving of their lamb korma. The dining space is comfortable and contemporary, featuring wild wallpaper, a few character pieces and dark furniturings.
