Great as usual. Loved the ham hock croquette. Sad that the chicken with wild mushrooms and miso butter (my favourite!) has been replaced with duck. Unfortunately I’m not a huge fan of duck.

Back here just to have the Supreme Chicken, wild mushrooms and miso butter again. Third time in a row now. It’s that good!

Love the chicken supreme, wild mushrooms and miso butter. I came back here especially to savour this dish again. Also had the chocolate fondant for dessert and it was delicious.

Portion sizing seems to be getting smaller. Staff always fantastic but the food just doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to

Will definitely be back again.

I have been there many times before. The service was slow! Food came out very late. We were there from 7.30 food came out after 9pm, then forgot side dish another wait again. Food was nice when we eventually got it.

Old fashioned charm with fire place. Romantic or good for families and special occasions. The chef is fabulous.. well presented, gourmet and delicious dishes every time, the specials are always changing and really good. Service staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

About Nobles Restaurant

What’s in a name? Up in the hills district, the residents enjoy a lofty quality of life. Why not join them for an evening at the sumptuous Nobles Restaurant in Castle Hill. Housed in the boutique hotel known as Hills Lodge, Nobles Restaurant has a stunning European-look from the outside. The interior is equally grandiose, where you’ll be seated at extravagant furniture before a luxurious open fire. Nobles Restaurant serves up mostly pan-European cuisine, with classics from Italy to Austria, France and back. Start the evening with the rich braised rabbit and gnocchi and move on to the elegant poached snapper fillet with saffron potatoes and shellfish bisque. You get a homey, old-world style feed with the additions of chicken schnitzel and duck to the menu – all with a touch of nobility and refinement. They even have a dab of oriental Asian influence, offering an Asian stir fry dish, drizzled with teriyaki and served on braised rise. When you’re done, head over to the grand mahogany bar, when you can bask in the glory of an extensive wine list. You’ll be delighted to find options that go beyond, including coffee liqueurs, cognacs and cheeky cocktails. Like the name, this classy restaurant will make you feel like nobility. Best Dish: poached snapper
