The meats at Nola were absolutely amazing. Cannot rave enough about the chicken. We had the $49 meat platter and it was more than enough for 4 people. Mac and Cheese is a must as well.

My partner and I had our first Valentine's Day dinner at NOLA last year. We loved it so much we came back a second time. It was just as amazing, if not better. The food was delicious and the service is as exceptional. A yearly tradition is now in place and I look forward to Valentine's Day dinner next year! (And maybe a few more visits in between!)

Excellent food, great service and superb whiskey list. A little pricey and noisy but overall worth visiting.

The Southern chicken is amazing. Best dish of the night. We tried the Zombie rib but were disappointed especially given it is very expensive ($179 per kg). I prefer Hurricanes' ribs instead. The Zombie rib is cooked differently though and came out in sliced off one large bone. It isn't your typical ribs. Regardless, I would come back next time to try other menu items.

We're sorry to hear our Tomahawk beef rib did not live up to your expectations. Judging from your comment about the 'usual ribs' you were most likely expecting pork ribs that don't come sliced off the bone but as one set of ribs. With beef ribs of the size of a Tomahawk that's unfortunately not possible. Feel free to try our Bourbon Glazed Pork Ribs from the menu next time as they might be more what you were after. The location is quite nice, close to the water and the service was good. We ordered the Pit Master's Pick and the food was a little dry. Although there was a lot of food but we won't be ordering it again. Recommended dish: The fries! They were quite nice and would order that again. Overall, would probably go again for a special occasion.

The star of this nine-dish (plus sides) shared dinner is a spectacular whole pit-roasted pork belly complete with crispy crackling. You’ll kick off with entrées including lightly smoked green tomatoes with whipped pecan and goat fetta, blackened tuna with crisp rice cake and smoked avocado and Cajun-spiced lamb neck croquettes with Lexington-style BBQ sauce before tucking into the almighty roll of pork belly, covered with NOLA’s house-made spice rub featuring Cajun and Creole spices and a selection of sides.
