Even though we booked a table, they denied a table for us as they said it was too busy to accept our booking. It was ok as we found one amongst the very long line up. After 30 minutes of lining up to order, it was another 45 minutes to wait for food. I had to ask the staff twice if they’d forgotten. They said it was on its way, but in actual fact they were still making it. The 60 or so people who had ordered after us had already ordered, eaten and left. It was disappointing. They gave us some tiny chocolates as a consolation for forgetting and lying.

Firstly, We booked the table but it seems doesn't matter as we have to find a spot for ourselves to sit in anyway. Luckily, it had one table left when we arrived, not actually a sitting table but a standing table. Secondly, our cold drinks, Iced matcha, Lychee Crush and Mango-passion fruit Crush, are so watering and have no taste compared with OB in other branches. Only Coco hot chocolate that tastes still amazing. Lastly, my ice cream, Choc Mountain Sandae. The reason I ordered this menu is because it comes with brownies. However, when the staff served it to me, it had none and no one even came to check with me if it that okay if they would serve it without brownies so I could change to another menu like crepe instead.

Good food but wish we had known earlier that the offer was only for the savoury breakfast menu and not what Oliver brown is typically known for which is dessert.
