176 Elevation Bvd, 3064, Craigieburn (VIC), Australia
Craigieburn locals seeking Middle Eastern cuisine head along Elevation Boulevard to find new restaurant on the block One 76 Lounge. A warm and welcoming vibe of exposed brick and timber table settings awaits, while a full glass frontage lets in an abundance of natural light, ideal for lingering over tantalising plates from brunch until late. Early risers can delve into breakfast choices such as shakshuka, with eggs, tomato, onion, capsicum and tomato sauce; or a brioche burger, with egg, spicy sausage, avocado and beetroot relish. Later diners embark on a culinary adventure with entrees of sambousek – housemade pastry, stuffed with minced meat, pine nuts and onions – before mains like char-grilled beef rib eye, topped with prawns and peppercorn sauce, served with chips and vegetables.
