I have been your client for many years now, but knowing you made major changes like taking out the house wine glass and desserts out of the fixed menu and maintaning the price is not a wise choice as I will not return.

Great restaurant and wonderful menu and service. Can’t say enough. Went since they advertised APC complience and they didn’t disappoint. So hats off to a great place.

I ordered meals and several bottles of wine for my table, after we finished our second bottle of wine - after almost two hours of patiently waiting, the staff carelessly informed us it would be at least another 30 minutes before we received anything - even appetizers. There were only two people in the kitchen and three staff members for a full restaurant, maybe 50 people. From what we saw, half the restaurant left before they were served and I hope they wrote reviews as well! Terribly run establishment with shameless employees.

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The restaurant has a comfortable, elegant but simple feel to it. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The menu is extensive and accommodating to vegan, vegetarian and gluten free needs. Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. It was a pleasure to find so many delicious gluten free options to select from. The wine list is a good, varied one and suits many tastes. You will enjoy your dining experience here!

Main dish was delicious but I found the buffet salads not appealing at all. No vegetables and only one dish of lettuce. Desserts were good especially the passion fruit mousse.

Wonderful experience, good food and good atmosphere and excellent service! A little pricey for Portuguese standards but definitely worth it!

Good food and service

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here whilst on holiday from UK. We chose this restaurant as I am coeliac and it was difficult to find gluten free information for restaurants in Lisbon compared with in UK. The food was brilliant, good choice and staff very friendly and helpful. It was just a shame there were not more other diners as this is attached to a mainly business hotel and I guess Sunday night is not the busy time. We were made to feel very special, thank you.

Very nice brasserie! Ovverall the dishes were excellent as well as the drinks (cocktail, wine). Only one constructive point of criticism I like to especially mention is the dish quality of the set menu. My friend and me had the impression that the bread was not fresh. The serving of warm fresh bread would have been nice.

Our whole evening at Open Brasserie Mediterranica was wonderful. They had a nice, varied menu and the food was delicious. I loved that they served me warm gluten-free bread. Wine was well priced and I found one that I really enjoyed. The service was helpful and friendly even though the place was busy (almost every table was full at one point. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. As someone with Celiac disease, I appreciated how clearly food allergens were labeled on the menu. The staff were also very knowledgeable about food allergens. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Lisbon.

Very cool atmosphere! I originally picked this restaurant because I’m celiac and this place caters to GF people but I would recommend this spot to anyone. Excellent ambiance, service, food and beverages. They even had organic straws instead of plastic.
