Fabulous
Great service food was delicious portions are huge really like this place
Amazing place will be back!
The food was great and we really enjoyed it, however, the service waiter was not happy and didn't want to serve us. I was unsure if she had maybe had a bad day.
The fish and chips was so-so. Batter wasn't good nor crispy. But the Irish stew always made my day. Great soda bread! Wanted to have Irish coffee but they ran out of coffee...
We loved the soda bread that comes with the stew and the butter....ooh, when eaten with the soda bread, it is just so heavenly! The garlic bread was yummy too!
Live music on a Thursday night. Brilliant.
The staff were attentive and most helpful. The food delicious. BUT when my friends and I go to an Irish Pub we expect to hear Irish music not necessarily live, but recorded Irish music! We were told to come back at 6pm for live music! We were there for lunch not dinner!
great food and music and selection
Great atmosphere, tasty food and really friendly good service. Loved the live music - a rarity in Sydney!
Fantastic specials (we had the Sunday roast) with lovely quick service and a great atmosphere (live music and live sports) - there's something for everyone!
Some of the meals were quite bland. It was quite loud with the large group of people next to us as well as the live band playing.
Good hearty food
Food was not bad
all the servers are irish, which is a nice touch for an irish pub
Music wayyyyy too loud
Excellent pub in the heart of the city and great value. Many menu choices, good food . Huge range of beers and good wine menu.
We Pre ordered our food but unfortunately the experience was terrible. as we arrived the food was brought to our table not all guest had got the opportunity to even take their seat. No welcome from staff, no drinks order, no water. All RUSHED and service was awful!
Great menu - small but varied enough and just means everything is a specialty. Great mix of vibes as well - sporty pub or quieter restaurant upstairs.
Way to busy & nosey too eat a meal. The heating was high to the point it drained your energy. Was not a happy experience. Resturant needs to be seperate from the pub area.
I have no comments to make

What's the 'craic'?
Set in the heart of Sydney, this classic Irish boozer offers the taste of Ireland in the CBD. The warm glow of the open fire and the traditional Irish music echoing transports you and that’s before you’ve even had your first pint of Guinness! As daylight fades the ‘craic’ begins, order up a pint and get yourself a serve of P.J’s signature seafood chowder, finished traditionally with cream and warm Irish soda bread.
Get to this glorious local aye!
Best dish: Shay’s Irish pork sausages served with creamy mash, caramelised onion and gravy.
