The staff went over and beyond to cater to their customer's needs. We booked for Saturday's lunch, it was full pack, yet they were able to arrange a corner table with a full view of the coast despite some misunderstandings on booking. Absolutely great service! We'll definitely go back again and refer them to family and friends.
Buffet food was excellent - fresh, hot, nicely presented.
Food quantity was running low when we went. Staff seemed hesitant to bring more food out.
Excellent food once again after returning for our 1 Year Wedding Anniversary which we also had at Panorama House. The views, quality of good and service is always top notch! We will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone!
fantastic food. booked on line but booking not passed on . lucky to get a table
The fruit platter at the buffet ran out by the time we were having our desserts.
Have had my 60th, my mums 90th and a few $20 meals during the week. Enjoyed every one and so have the guests to each function. Would recommend to everyone!!!
Great view! Friendly staff and the food is nice too. Price is reasonable.
Had a lovely meal with friends from the USA.. amazing view!!
Visit regularly, but a little disappointed not to be in main restaurant yesterday. Was very cold at first & every time door was opened. A/C needs to be on prior to opening time. Also, to be told that restaurant not available, when making booking. First time visitors we had with us a little disappointed, but assured them that usually it's a great experience.
Very disappointed this visit. Food ordinary - food barely warm. Relegated to downstairs due to weddings. Meeting place with friends from the South Coast area, but truly not sure we would go back again after being so disappointed this time
It was very misty, but still very enjoyable. Lunch was very nice with a good choice but when it came to desert there was not much and it was not replenish at all.
A nice venue, but the lunch buffet food was very ho hum and uninspired. Looked as if it had been in those chafing dishes for hours, and there was almost no fish left - maybe just as well. The bread and fruit were very nice It would also have been nice if we could have bought a fresh made tea or coffee,
I FELT THE LAYOUT IN THE RESTAURANT WAS A BIT DISJOINTED, WITH THE BUFFET BEING IN THE FOYER AREA. WE WERE CELEBRATING OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BUT I FELT THE VENUE BEST SUITED FOR FAMILIES FOR A FUTURE VISIT WE WOULD PICK A WEEK DAY THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE A LOT LESS BUSY . AND A BIT MORE QUIET..
When my family and I arrived at the restaurant our online booking had not been confirmed even though I received an email detailing that our reservation for 5 was confirmed. Therefore we were seated in the buffet area as there was no table ready for us in the main room with the view. Otherwise the food was quite good, although the chicken was more on the dry side.
Very disappointed I wasn't advised when I booked a table online that there was a wedding there for 300-500 people. When we got there were told the window tables were already booked. Restaurant was down a heap of steps and my husband has mobility disabilities. Food was good, staff helpful but atmosphere terrible.
Lovely atmosphere & very memorable!
Amazing food and service
Great views, great value for money, service was quick and would definitely go back

Panorama House is not just a clever name. This restaurant is actually designed to give you a panoramic view of the gorgeous scenery in the hills of Bulli Tops. Up on this sunny peak you can see everything from the ocean on one side to the beautiful natural surrounds on the other. There’s an incredible outdoor seating area that will take your breath away. It’s a spectacular setting for a wonderful dining experience. Panorama House does an elegant menu of Italian dishes with a Mod Oz flair. It’s a pretty good price for what you get, so you don’t have to worry about blowing your budget. Enjoy some Santorini prawns to start with and move onto the veal saltimbocca. All of the menus are based on seasonal fresh produce and always changing, so you get the best tasting food that Bulli Tops has to offer. Bring your family and enjoy a special treat over the weekend, Panorama House will be an experience to remember.
