Excellent venue! Great food and service
We had a wonderful time . The high tea was delicious and the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.
Great day, good food , bad wine
Placement for of the table for the high tea could have been better & the website portrays a different atmosphere for a high tea experience.
We had a lovely High tea for a friends 60th birthday, so was a very special day, thank you ! Jan
My mum and I enjoyed celebrating my her birthday with a lovely high Tea. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and the view out to the greens was peaceful and relaxing. I would certainly do it again.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff No request was too difficult
Delicious and value for money
The Panorama Lounge High Tea was delicious - fresh, well-presented, plenty of variety in sandwiches, scones and cakes. The service let them down - we were there for an hour and a half and no-one came back to ask us about our second drink (until we raised our hand). Very disappointing aspect of a fabulous location and delicious High Tea.
Went for High Tea with family, I have been there a few times. Most enjoyable and delicious.
good service enjoyed the day
Tuesday 30th October we came for high tea at 11.00am (brunch for us) for 5 people. Parking was hard to come by and lots of cars double parked. I can only assume there must have been an event on that day. We sat at 11.00am. Champagne and soft drink service was straight away. But when it went past 11.30am I went to counter asking for our high tea platters. I cannot drink a whole glass of champagne at 11.00am without food to compliment. The high tea platters came closer to 11.40am. Which I thought was late but the panorama lounge did look full and it might have been late because it was busy there. Or maybe that is the normal wait for the platters? I do still love it there and will still come to Royal Pines but just not for a high tea.
The food was nice, the place could do with a revamp
The high tea is great value for money. Great food, great price, lovely staff.
