Food was amazing but the service was a let down. Our entre plates were left and cluttering the table for the entire night. We were the first people into the restaurant and our order was placed. 2 mains came out and the other two were pizzas. We waited and waited , while the whole time watching them box and send out home delivery pizzas . The last straw was when we finally got the waitresses attention and asked for a bottle of water and if we could order dessert. The waitress left and never returned. We watched her as she stood at the counter and filled a different section up with water. We paid our bill and went else where for dessert.

Nice food but service was a bit hit and miss. Got asked if we'd like to order dessert and hadn't had our mains. Asked if we could order a dish in an entree size and was told no, then I don't think so. Asked if they could please ask the chef and yes, we could.

Our experience at papparazzi’s was amazing, the service we received was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and engaged with my toddler amazingly, even when he was playing up. They couldn’t have done enough for us, always smiling, so approachable and SO friendly/welcoming. The food was divine, as usual. We will definitely be coming back again soon :) made my mother’s day!! Thank you guys!!

Didn’t have our booking on arrival. My son ordered pizza. Half an hour later we were told they had run out of pizza cheese, so make another choice. So he ordered lasagne, which was the special of the day. Five minutes later was told there was no more lasagne, so pick again. Third choice they had....hooray. When paying the bill it was wrong. So they charged one drink at a different drink price...so we could get a discount of $1.50 on a total spend of over $160. How pathetic.

About Paparazzi Cafe Ristorante

Spaghetti Western Whether you’re heading down to Mandurah for a holiday, or you’re simply a local looking for delicious food and good coffee, try the Paparazzi Cafe/Ristorante. The Messineo family are your hosts. They have been serving Mandurah and Western Australia with the finest authentic Italian cuisine for over a decade. With a Gold Plate Award under his belt, Chef/owner Damien Messineo is understandably proud of his food. He also boasts of the best wine list in the region with a selection of local and imported wines and rare vintages. As a hobby winemaker himself he is always happy to recommend the perfect wine to match your meal. The chilli squid is great as a starter or a main. If you feel like something traditional and heartwarming, the ravioli pasta is made in-house. It’s filled with prime meat (pork and beef) and it comes either tossed in a rich Neapolitana sauce, or with sautéed mild chilli, parsley and cream sauce. Best dish: Seafood Chowder
