8/10Food and service great. Way too noisy and we had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on. It was too late to make the area comfortable

10/10My partner and I had a lovely and enjoyable meal this evening. The pork and veal terrine was tasty and delightful. We found the steak tartare fresh and with an appealing tang, well spiced. The Leek tart was soft and great texture, but I thought slightly underseasoned. The Chevre Ravioli with a Basil cream sauce was a highlight, a beautiful dish. The Creme Broulee was of a high standard, well cooked, and good consistency. Ice cream and sorbet was a lovely finish to our meal. The wine list is quite varied and well selected, but a dessert wine by the glass was not on the menu. A great place to eat, staff are friendly and professional with good knowledge. I highly recommend it.

10/10What a find; I don’t live in Melbourne but will make sure I go to dine there every time I visit. The food was superb; ranging from my oysters, the duck and the desert. Wine also fabulous.

9.5/10The food at Paris Go is outstanding!! I chose the leek tart - delicate and lovely, the lamb from the specials was a stunning dish and profiteroles - best I've tasted!! My husband loved the leek and mussel soup also. We love this restaurant. Particularly as wine collectors we can take a bottle with us. We will be back very soon.

10/10Lovely little restaurant with traditional French food with a twist! Took me back to when I lived in Paris! My starter of tender escargots with mushroom, garlic butter and herbs was superb. My husbands chicken liver pate was also delicious. Tender and flavoursome steak with a great béarnaise sauce, was cooked to perfection and the confit duck leg with roast breast and figs was delicious. Frites were tasty and crisp, despite being a tad blond and the mixed veggies were beautifully cooked. Our meal was topped off by superb tarte au pommes with vanilla ice cream. Being able to BYO wine was great, but actually their wine list is reasonably priced (unlike many other restaurants in the city). We will definitely be back next time we come to Melbourne and a friend has already booked a table for a trip to the city next month, following our recommendation!

10/10We love coming to this very authentic French find, with BYO wine some nights, and loads of delicious specials, there's always something new to explore. Great charcuterie, seafood and duck. Ask for Truffle Mash if they have it.

8.5/10We had an excellent meal, food wad very good French bistro fare. We were also able to select suitable good quality wines by the glass, so no need to try to match Jones bottle to 4 different courses. When we arrived we were shown to a table next to a large noisy group. The staff accomodated our request to move to a quite table and were kind enough to soothe us with a complimentary champagne glass.

A Little Piece of Paris in Carlton
If it's some Parisian panache you're after, this is the place. Think outside the Italian box next time you're in Carlton and go for a bit of French flair instead. You'll get just what you'd expect from a French institution—style, service, mouth-watering food and a wide-ranging selection of wines. Best dish? There are probably too many to mention, and the daily specials are always worth considering. The charcuterie platter is always a winning start.
The duck, oysters, mussels and steak tartare are regular favourites, too. Oh and don't forget the pommes frites either. The menu features all of the old French standbys you'd expect—and want—served in a warm, crowded-but-cosy environment. Great place to celebrate a special occasion or bring a date or out-of-town guests. If you want to impress, that is. This is the type of French restaurant you'll keep coming back to. And you'll love it even more each time, especially once you try the desserts. Best dish: steak tartare
