Super cute little place with amazing staff - that make the meal for us, for sure. We have the chicken liver pate and olives - super tasty - then duck and trout - he loves the duck, the trout salad was more like trout on some greens but SO yum - and I smashed the ice cream sandwich at the end - just about licked the dang plate. Hi, our server fellow, was a laugh-riot. Will go back for sure.

The daily specials really kept the price down. We had free side dishes on the day we went. Staff very friendly and attentive, attractive decor and atmosphere.

Absolutley lovely staff- they were such a highlight! Really made our night :) The fairy lights in the garden are so romantic!

At the heart of the venue is the handmade bar where brothers Joe and Nick will whip up your favourite poison, while out in the kitchen chef Daniele and Byron will put together delicious Europe and Mediterranean inspired snacks, boards and banquet meals to keep hunger at bay. Parsons, if anything, is a refuge for the community. A bar and kitchen where everyone’s welcome. Come drink, eat and stay for a good time. You won’t want to leave. Best dish: Pork and beef meatballs mixed with finely diced cured meats and filled with mozzarella cheese in a house-made tomato reduction
