Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We do fit requests for where people would like to sit, though as we experience a very high request for specific tables, we do parry to what we can. The table in question would have been requested like yours, though possibly earlier on the booking list and a little later to sit and dine. With the great views we have to offer, we look forward to being able to book you in again.
Hi Corinne, Thank you for giving us some feedback. I hope the food was good, though not able to be enjoyed with only 10 minutes to eat it, I do apologise that it caused a hurry, as we like to have patrons leaving with a warm great experience. It can explosively busy here without warning, as we watch our booking book, though the boat can leave with 10 people onboard and suddenly come back with 50 onboard which we are unaware till it shows up. We were staffed for the day even with an extra on, though ended up one down due to illness. I have a great team here and they strive and thrive on it being busy. I would however like to know if you remember the name or what the young guy in bar that was being criticised and by whom? As I do not like to see staff being broken down by others, especially in front of customers. This is so I can sort out any issues that would arise.
