Good bistro kitchen with exceptionally kind and cheerful service (nice local decoration, calm background music, fantastic table service). I can recommend the octopus stew and the chocolate mousse for dessert. The other main course we took was just a bit too heavy for dinner but was otherwise fine qualitywise.
Muy rico, sorprendente, muy bien de precio.
The restaurant is placed in a lovely quiet area of Coimbra. We had a fantastic Pulpo and a tasty Bacalao. Both of them were amazing. We then had a home made mousse, which was very good. Everyone in the restaurant was really kind and welcoming with us. More than recommended!
Ambiente calmo, óptima comida caseira e excelente acolhimento. A repetir !
Good food and very nice people working there
Excellent! The food was very good. We took a gazpacho, the roast pork and the sardinhas and some fruits at the end. Everything was delicious. The service was quick and it was taking care of the client suggesting also some plates typical from the region. The price was perfectly in line with the quality of the food. We highly recommend this place if you are in coimbra and you want a taste of Portuguese cousine. Well done!
Ottima cena, prezzi onesti
We went for meat and it was really very tasty!
Risotto, bacalhau and mousse au chocolat just fantastic. More than petiscos, their dishes are quite high standard cuisine... But with reasonable prices. Suggested.
We had really enjoyed our dinner here. Very attentive staff, sharing suggestions and you simply see and feel that they care. Good quality of food and nicely served. On top of this, all in an accessible price. We are happy for our food experience here and hopefully we will have a chance to come back
Nice atmosphere. Great food.
Restaurant well managed. Waiters nice and plates tasty.
I really recommend this place. One of the better dinners in Portugal during my trip. It’s an experience for our senses. I suggest polvo and soup of pees. (I usually don’t eat them!). I also liked the staff and location.
Simply amazing! Surely a family run, traditional restaurant with fresh products and a talented cook. With very little money you can eat a full, delicious meal and leave the place with an ear to ear smile! (Don't skip the soups, they'll surprise you!)
