Todd Stuart completed his training in his native Dunedin, New Zealand, under the renowned New Zealand chef, Michael Coughlin. Todd has over 19 years’ experience, having spent many years cooking in restaurants throughout NZ, London and the east coast of Australia before settling in Perth in 2007.

The experience here is always outstanding. The wait staff are brilliant and the food sublime. We received an extra dish too which was the amazingly good chicken. Best restaurant in Perth.

Food is amazing, service is superb - staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. Every component of each dish is spectacular, every dish is a work of art. Overall an absolutely fantastic experience. Can not recommend it enough. Food is well priced, matched wines of generous pours also good value.
