Todd Stuart completed his training in his native Dunedin, New Zealand, under the renowned New Zealand chef, Michael Coughlin. Todd has over 19 years’ experience, having spent many years cooking in restaurants throughout NZ, London and the east coast of Australia before settling in Perth in 2007.

We had the 9 course degustation menu and we were very impressed by the quality of the food, the plating and the flavour combinations. The wine pairings were also a great success and balanced off the meal superbly!

The experience here is always outstanding. The wait staff are brilliant and the food sublime. We received an extra dish too which was the amazingly good chicken. Best restaurant in Perth.
