Black olive and feta ravioli

Individual parcels stuffed with black olive tapenade and crumbled feta cheese, tossed in a white wine sauce and served with cherry tomatoes and zucchini pearls

Tikka chicken skewers (GF)

Yoghurt marinated chicken tenderloins weaved onto bamboo skewers and set on roquette salad, with cucumber and cherry tomatoes and drizzled with a dill yoghurt dressing


Caesar salad (GF option available)

Chef James’ twist on a popular dish. Cos lettuce, our homemade garlic and parmesan croutons, crispy bacon, anchovies, a soft poached egg, topped with shaved parmesan cheese and our Caesar salad dressing Please note: our house made dressing contains anchovies

Thai beef salad

Eye fillet of beef cooked to perfection, chilled and finely sliced, served with mesculin salad, a julienne of vegetables and black sesame seeds. Topped with fried rice noodles and a coriander and tom yum dressing

Pastas & risottos

Prawn and chorizo fettuccine

Sautéed prawns and chorizo, with a hint of garlic and chilli, tossed in a basil infused Napoli sauce and served with al dente fettuccine

Ricotta and spinach gnocchi

Potato, spinach and ricotta dumplings tossed with roasted diced pumpkin, semi sundried tomatoes with a light herb cream sauce


PK’s mixed grill

A selection of venison sausages, 110g beef fillet, lemon herb chicken tenderloin and a pork medallion on a bed of sweet potato mash and finished with a Cabernet Merlot jus

Kangaroo fillet

Eye fillet of kangaroo, presented on a bed of oyster and shitake mushroom risotto, infused with baby spinach. Topped with a soy and mirin glaze and roasted macadamia nuts

Prawn & pork noodles

Chow mien noodles, served with king prawns, seared char sui pork pieces, ginger, coriander, vegetables, garlic, lemongrass and oyster sauce

Asian chicken breast (V & GF option available )

A whole 200g chicken breast lightly marinated in tandoori spices. Stuffed with a farce infused with capsicum and fresh herbs. Set on a bed of turmeric rice infused with Australian sultanas & fresh coriander topped with homemade riata

Mild lamb curry (GF)

Chef Shaoib’s family recipe from Pakistan, diced lamb, slowly cooked, accompanied with cucumber raita, pappadums and steamed rice infused with toasted sesame seeds


Individual pavlova (GF)

Mini pavlova, topped with chantilly cream and strawberry fans, drizzled with a wild berry couli and finished with passionfruit pulp

Raspberry ice soufflé (GF)

A light home made style ice cream, infused with raspberry pulp, served with almond bread and topped with fresh cream

Cake of the day

Ask your waiter for today's mouth watering selections. Served with fresh cream & ice cream

Brie cheese plate

A wedge of Australian brie cheese, accompanied by quince paste, crackers, grissini sticks and fresh strawberries

Individual sticky date pudding

Our light date pudding, served piping hot, coated with a rich butterscotch sauce, accompanied with vanilla ice cream
