We had the tour menu with matching estate wines. It was very enjoyable and the service was attentive. Dining was a bit warm temperature wise but apart from that we would both highly recommend.

I seriously recommend doing the set menu! There are many nice items on the menu and the set menu is around 6 courses. I’m not a chardonnay drinker but the Polperro 2018 is a delightful compliment to our meal and we took a bottle home as well.

Food and presentation were excellent. Due to a variety of waiters, service while pleasant didn’t flow. Last night was very noisy due to a large party of ladies sharing a good time. Fortunately we’ve dined there previously and know the ambience can be better. We would recommend and intend to return.

Our meals were all delicious and looked like a work of art. The duck was the best I had ever eaten. The staff were attentive and personable. The outlook over the vineyard is a spectacular sight. We enjoyed the local wines very much.

We came yesterday to celebrate my dads 70th. From the atmosphere, the views, the staff and the food we couldn’t fault a thing. Thankyou for accomodating our request for a table with a lovely view. In particular I would like to make a special mention of Lauren who looked after us. I work in customer service myself and her genuine, caring, warm service was exceptional. There was another lovely girl with long blond hair who was bought out meals out and her manner and detailed description of the menu was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great food and wine. Service started a little slow but staff were very friendly and attention picked up after we ordered. Food delivered to table very quickly amd at a good pace. Great little setting too, not to hectic like some of the other wineries around.

It was okay but not as good as other Peninsula dinner options in the same category. Some dishes were good but others fell short.

Great food and nice place but the only disappointment was they forgot to take our desert and coffee order and brought us the bill instead. At that point we just paid and left and had desert elsewhere.

It has obviously changed hands since i last went there for dinner. Food is more expensive, artier and smaller serves for bigger prices If thats what you want you will enjoy it. as the restaurant filled up it got very noisy and we couldnt hear each other talk.

Very lovely, we wish that the restaurants would work on acoustics so noise is dampened. Apart from that we had a great meal that we have been raving about. We should have ordered more veggies too, but there was only one option.

Absolutely sensational. One of the best meals in memory. We’ve been coming to Polperro for years and it keeps getting better and better. The new menu is more sophisticated which I was initially a little worried about - but it delivered. A very special night.

Outstanding presentation and flavour of food! Loved the presentation of the beetroot cigars! Everything we ordered was delicious! Great atmosphere with the lovely open fire, beautiful outlook and imagine on a warm, sunny day the alfresco dining area would be fantastic. Access for elderly or wheelchair was difficult with quite a few steps and in parts vegetation overgrowing and covering the handrail. Look forward to visiting again and enjoying a picnic in the warmer picnic season.

Wonderful restaurant. We had the tour menu so had the opportunity to sample several different dishes. The food was excellent. It all tasted so good and was so well presented. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant also had relaxed ambience and very pleasant. Only draw back were a couple of noisy loud groups with no volume control but this wasn’t the restaurants fault and didn’t detract from the amazing food. I will have to go back during daylight hours though to have a chance to enjoy the views. Highly recommend Polperro for a special occasion or if you just want to have a special dining experience!
