We have been here a few times before and always enjoyed our meal. Last night was a bit of disappointment. The Saltimbocca alla romana dish - was lacked flavors and presentation - it wasn't appetizing at all.

Our pizza is made with stone-ground unbleached flour, organic extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, natural yeast and filtered water. We rest our dough for a minimum of 48 hours in true artisan tradition to create an exceptionally light, fragrant, crisp, and nutritious pizza. We use certified San Marzano tomatoes, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, and other genuine ingredients meticulously selected for their authenticity. San Daniele prosciutto, Berkshire ham, organic vegetables and artisan cheeses. Our artisan gelato and sorbetto is straight from the good old days, when artisans formed by tradition and passion proudly prepared delicious fresh natural gelato.
