An architectural landmark. This restaurant has been highlighted by Gourmet Traveller as being one of the top one hundred restaurants to visit in Australia. Its ultra-chic and modern dining area offers beautiful, sweeping views of the vineyards beyond and the region in general. Chef Stuart Deller's contemporary cuisine is infused with a strong European sensibility, his menu changes regularly, celebrating cool climate seasonal produce at its best. Local ingredients that are regular features on the menu are mussels and whiting from Port Phillip Bay, organic rhubarb and asparagus from Koo Wee Rup, prawns and bugs from Lakes Entrance, olive oil and olives from the Peninsula, vegetables from Whitehill Road and our kitchen garden and cherries from the neighbouring property.
