All meals were reasonably priced. The lamb burger was tasty and the lettuce / tomato fresh and crisp. The baked Camembert entree was delicious and big enough to have as a meal in itself. We also had the barramundi and the lamb shank and everyone commented on how good the food was.

The manager was able to resolve our issue and it helped end our night pleasantly. Couldn’t fault the front of house staff. Looks like a great place for after work drinks and catch ups.

Took a friend here for her Birthday Lunch, was a recommendation from a work colleague, didn't even know it existed. What a find, really lovely. Good Food, nice atmosphere and service was great. Price point is good to and the quality. Thoroughly recommended.

About Public House

The Name Says It All Understated from the street, urban chic takes centre stage once you step inside this inner-city kitchen and bar. Inspired by a love of South America, the Public House Kitchen and Bar menu follows the Latin tradition of sharing and combining dishes to create a distinctive experience. It’s no surprise that Chilean and Argentinean wines and beers feature heavily on the drinks list. If you are in a cocktail kind of mood and don’t know what to choose, the bar staff have cleverly invented a cocktail tasting board so you don´t have to. Vigorous debate among large groups of diners can often be heard as they decide which dishes should be brought to the table. Will it be the Brazilian espresso and honey lamb ribs, the Yuca fritters teamed with huancaina and a happy egg, or the Peruvian fried chicken ribs and aji Amarillo? My advice: book to come another night so you don’t miss out on all the sumptuous pickings the Public House Kitchen and Bar has to offer. Best dish: Chicken anticucho and crispy chicken skin
