This so called restaurant is attached (part of) a four star hotel ( The Novotel Darling Square). Service is non existent - one has to order and pay for ones food before you see it or consume it. The general “ambience “ is pumping loud music and the general feel of the place is scruffy and grubby. The food was overcooked and greasy. Do yourself a favour and walk another 100m into the Darling Harbour complex where the food choice is better.

Great value with the Fork 50% deal but would come back again even without the deal as the food was good and the staff were friendly. Good location too.

Arrived and was greeted by a very smiley happy gentleman who took us to our booked table. Ordered and was happy with that but our meals all came out very staggered! We were a party of 10 and first main came out about 10 minutes before another 8 of them and then we waited and waited and had to ask where our 10th meal was after 15 minutes! it was obviously forgotten about. Staff helpful but this was not good. Highly recommend the wagyu beef balls, rump was average and not cooked to medium as ordered, and garden salad was just a pile of mixed lettuce leaves, nothing else! Garden salad could at least have tomato and cucumber! Probably would not recommend if paying full price for meal. Staff were great, just food was a let down and the fact that meals were not served up all in a timely fashion.

Nice little spot with a good vibe, great for large groups or after work drinks. Food was excellent and the Fork discount made it even better :):):)

Weren’t too sure where we were meant to be seated as there is no reception. Ordered at the bar and mentioned the fork to get the discount. Watermelon salad was delicious. The starters were a little expensive if you didn’t get the discount

I know you are bar service, but it would be better if you could assist guest in group if they r dining in upstairs. Pepper sauce for the steak doesn’t taste pepper at all

The food was disappointing. I would have been pretty peeved if I had paid full price. The "medium rare" steaks that we ordered were very very well done and difficult to eat. The other snacks were fine but bland. The atmosphere was pretty bleak. I wont be rushing back

Excellent relaxed environment. Good hearty food. Swift service. Excellent location. Kids loved playing pool and looking around the unique hotel.

Food is ok but service is usually poor. Only go to this place from time to time as it’s near work for pub lunches and after work.

Bar service was disgraceful. The Nachos were absolutely disgusting. Might as well have brought bags of corn chips.

The 2 waitresses seemed to think they had better things to do somewhere else and looked annoyed that the 11 of us were there to order food. Is it that hard to smile and be welcoming?
