On arrival we were asked to provide my booking confirmation which was quite strange because I've never had to do this with any other restaurant. The tone she asked for it was also quite unfriendly. The same waitress also never smiled and didn't give us a welcoming feeling at all. However the 2 other waitresses were quite lovely and attentive which made up for the service and probably the reason why there's so many mixed reviews about service at this restaurant from other diners. Food was good, would recommend the rara ghost if you like spicy and the naan was fresh, soft with crispy edges.

The restaurant was busy for a Saturday evening and the service staff seemed overwhelmed. The spicy lamb chops did not seem fresh and our friends who ordered them did not finish them. The daal dhaba and paneer lababdar were good.

Food pretty good however waiting almost 1 hour for 2 curries was incomprehensible when only a half full restaurant

Long service time. Serving portion of dahi kebab too small, imagine 6 patato bites.

The food was fantastic but, unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The restaurant was loud and full of screaming children to the point it was like dining in a childcare centre. Unfortunately, this made the atmosphere incredibly unpleasant. The service was also lacking, including having a bottle of wine sealed with a cork delivered and left on the table unopened. When we finally got the attention of someone to bring a bottle opener, it was left at our table so that, when we ordered a second bottle, we were left to open the bottle ourselves. In addition, the second bottle of white wine came to the table unchilled.

Food was nice, but lamb cutlets came burned, curries were tasty and good. They didn't charge me for cutlets. Service was ok.

Basic menu items were not available on early Saturday night. Which indian restaurant run out of Dal Makhni on Saturday night at 7:00pm. Not any dessert available except gulab Jamun very disappointing
