Unfortunately a disappointing experience. The evening started on a good note with our entrees coming out in a good time after ordering and very enjoyable but the mains too over an hour to be served, no wait staff advised us of any delays, which you may excuse if the food was excellent but in 2 of our cases we ordered the Scottsdale pork which quite frankly we have had more tender meat purchased from Coles. The evening was also spoilt by a table of drunks (does this establishment not abide by responsible serving of alcohol policy) who should have been escorted from the premises. I would have no desire to return and based on the experience recommend it.

Not all tables overlook the river and we were placed at a table in the sun on a warm night which was quite uncomfortable. Our view was obscured by a large pillar. Fortunately we were able to move when a table in a better position became available. The food was very tasty. The lamb especially was delicious and beautifully cooked. The cheese platter was very nice. But the outstanding element was the wine list. Amazing choices and great quality wines.

Tasmanian Farmers' Sunday Roast Lunch

Join us for a nostalgic 'Tasmanian' inspired Sunday roast lunch. The menu is designed weekly to feature a rotating roster of farmers & fishermen from Tasmania, King Island & Flinders Island; served in a warm room with the winter sunlight streaming in the windows with a view down on the river and across to the City. It is Sunday; and so priced for families & friends at $55 per guest for 3 courses.
