Queens chicken salad was all noodles which was disappointing as this is always been our go to dish. No table service unless you order from the QR code and the bar staff were taking drink, orders and food orders. We had a late lunch and the music/DJ made it difficult to hear each other.

This restaurant was great, good food and service. The only issue we had was the music was too loud in the restaurant, and the air conditioning was nearly blowing us a way.

Staff were very helpful. We arrived 30 mins early to our reservation time. Staff assisted and provided an alternative table. This was during a busy period when the hotel was very busy with Foo Fighters concert goers.

Very pleased with food and service. Music was abit too loud for us to talk over dinner. Had a minor issue with the billing, but the staff and manager responded very quickly even when it was a busy Saturday night. Commendable!

I had a great dining experience at the Queens Tavern in Perth on a Tuesday evening in the Bistro area. The menu had a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes, and I was particularly impressed with the Italian-inspired dishes. I opted for the lamb ragu, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. T Overall, I highly recommend the Queens Tavern for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience. The Bistro area is particularly well-suited for groups or families, with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. The menu choices are great, and the food is consistently high-quality. I will definitely be returning soon!

The Queens used to be 'user friendly'. Having the 'app' apparatus pointed to us when we sat at the table was a 'turn-off'. Had hoped Queen's management had given that strategy up. The food was 'ok' - essentially 'pub grub' wrapped up in restaurant prices. Prices for glasses of wine way over 'the top'. Not value for money. Staff were very nice and working hard. Difficult to hear the staff when they spoke though - and couldn't hear the people I was dining with speaking at the other side of the table either. The noise of music reverberating around the dining room was unreasonably loud. If the music could be turned down more, I might venture forth again into the Queens to eat (but will go with friends who like the same wine so we can buy a bottle - would have to be more economical). Sadly, it is no longer my 'go to' place to meet friends and have a decent chat without yelling. It may be better during the weekdays.

My husband had a "Parmi' and it was disappointing, he could have cooked a better schnitzel because that's all it was with a few bits of green and boring chips, I had a steak sandwich with the steak raw in the middle, sinewy and grisly.

I had a lot of trouble getting my reservation approved through Fork. Had to ring the venue, only to have a staff member hang up on me. When I rang back, someone else answered and approved my reservation. To thier credit, the manager phoned me and apologised. Service is not that great. Lots of people behind the bar and only a couple of people waiting and had to wait ages to get served. But a place that has a good vibe.

The Queens has always been my ‘go to’ for a great meal and awesome surroundings. The Queens Cajun salad has been a favourite over the years. On one occasion the dish had been altered and the kitchen was serving the chicken as a breast (sliced) on top of the salad. I reviewed it and shared that it was dry and without flavour. So on this visit I was thrilled to see the chef has gone back to chicken thigh (or tenderloin) chopped and scattered throughout the dish. It was beautifully tender and moist and a delight on the palate. It’s a generous dish but so difficult not to finish, every mouthful is delicious. Bravo allo Chef!

Might need a couple more bar staff on during busy periods but otherwise everything is great. Lovely atmosphere, good beer range and great food. Absolutely love this place.

We were a little disappointed in the octopus special as it just tasted like one you could buy at the supermarket, seemed very commercialised. The rest was great. The staff were friendly. It’s the first time we have sat inside and it seemed a little cramped.
