Fantastic service and always great food! Very authentic - so authentic I thought my Baba was in the kitchen cooking! This is a regular venue for us.

The food was excellent quality, 5 star and we loved the choice of a mediteranean style menu however, the servings need to be larger portions. The servings were not substantial.

I'm glad to have found Ragusa Republika. It's a fine dining experience in a beautiful location. The ambience is nice & it's not super loud despite it being pretty full. There's no tacky decor and flags everywhere, like you can find at some other Mediterranean restaurants. It's understated & inviting. The menu has some classic Croatian dishes I have not had in many years, thus a few returns in the future is on the cards. The head waitress is Croatian & very knowledgeable. The menu caters to those with gluten intolerances. The food portions are fair. Overall, a great dining experience.

Nice ambience but had to wait quite awhile for the food (more than an hour to receive mains after we ordered). Portion sizes were also a bit underwhelming.

The staff were super busy and our waitress was pleasant and helpful. But we had a 7pm booking and although we ordered straight away, our main course did not arrive until after 9pm. The waitress kept apologising about how late it was but my wife had a headache by the time we were served. It ruined our evening.

Very nice meal, excellent service. A great option for more high end dining in Williamstown. Pork belly was excellent; fish of the day also very good.

We waited and had to hunt down a waitress , the white bait was so so,calamari was no better, ceviche were the worst I have had, the price of wine (unknown) sav Blanc a $5btl Far over priced (am in the wine business) never again sorry. Got there at 2pm got out just Before 5pm waste of parking fees. Spent $364.00..

Ragusa Republika was a very nice experience. Food was 10/10 as to was the service. Notwithstanding waiting time between meals was a little a the slow side the wait was well worth it. Entree Mains and Desert were all consistently sensational.

The restaurant was lovely the waiting staff was very so friendly and quick. However, for the amount we paid, we wished the meal servings were bigger.

Very friendly little restaurant serving great food. It was really good to see a menu offering food choices that we have not previously tried. Our table of five all enjoyed our food. Would visit again

I did feel like I was in a lovely modest restaurant in Europe. Many restaurants there are like this, honest food, great service, not ‘fussy’. The art on the walls was beautiful and for sale. I WILL be buying a piece! The service was next level - personal, friendly. Will definitely return.

Awesome authentic food, great friendly service. Fantastic to see a restaurant serving non-al drinks. All the entrees have to be tasted to be believed. The Knedle – plum dumplings with plum sauce and sour cream was just amazing - not sweet - and I don't like desserts that much. Don't miss this experience.

The food was nice,.. portion sizes were small for the prices charged. Luckily we dined with the 50% off deal.. Whilst the staff were pleasant the service was slow ...only two serving staff for the number of patrons seemed inadequate . . Had to wait awhile for our drinks and food.

Set in a beautiful old bank building on the waterfront at Williamstown, Ragusa Republik has a menu centred around seafood with meat options too. The white bait was crispy and delicious with the capers and a generous portion size. You can’t ever go wrong with cevapi and the smoky sausages were full of flavour. Mussels were once again a generous portion and the flat bread that came with it was delicious to mop up the sauce. The pillows were delicate with a hint of truffle and we only wish they had been more plentiful as they were amazing. The kalamari had fried onion through it and was also flawless. The pork belly was juicy and not overly fatty, although the skin wasn’t too crispy. Moreton bay bugs came in the same sauce as the mussels and had more of the perfect flat bread. Dessert was the cherry strudel and the ideal way to finish the meal. Eva was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely return.
