Dear Kunal Thank you very much for making a reservation with Rajdhani Indian Restaurant, Terrigal and dining with us on 19th July 2014. We are glad that you did enjoy the food at the restaurant and have rated it highly. We are sad that you did not enjoy our service, which normally is of very high standards. I have reviewed your observations and would like to clarify the following: 1. We charge a nominal BYO of $1.50 per person and are not a fine dine restaurant that would normally serve wine to our diners.BYO is just a concept for our diners to get any drink that they choose to bring. Normally the corkage in Terrigal does go upto $6.00 per person or bottle. 2. We offer free Pappad's to our diners and are happy to provide an accompanying mint sauce on request and is charged at $2.50 and the same is clearly mentioned in the menu as well. We would have been very happy to serve you the same if it was requested. 3. With respect to Rice, if the same would have been mentioned at the time of bill presentation we would have been happy to remove the charge if the Rice was served and not consumed by the diner. Our Restaurant Manager recalls his interaction with your table and you had given multiple thumbs up as well, so we were very confident that you were having a good time and very specially enjoying the music as well. We would love to welcome you back to the restaurant and enjoy our usual high standards of service. Regards Raj
