Their Butter Chicken and Lamb Saag dishes are a taste sensation. Complimentary poppadoms on arrival are also scrumptious while you work through the menu choices. Excellent service is supported by the whole team including even a personal visit by the owner to ensure that the food is all to your liking.

Great little place!

We ordered a different naan bread than what we thought we had ordered - completely our fault. But when we mentioned it to our waitress she immediately offered to bring us the one we wanted instead, which we were really impressed with. And the peshwari naan that we got was absolutely delicious, hot and fresh out of the oven. Hands down the best peshwari naan I’ve ever eaten. On the other hand we weren’t impressed with the fact that we were given (and charged for) 2 portions of rice rather than the one we had ordered, and when we pointed out that we only ordered one portion the response we got was that we could bring the leftovers home!
Thank you for your response. In respect to the rice the Menu clearly states that the Rice is chargéed at $2.50 per person. So if two people are having rice then it will be charged at $5.00 for two people. So the question of overcharge does not happen here at al. The rice at that price is unlimited as you may chose to have two or three bowls. Also, when packing left overs we do put extra rice in the container. I had personallly attended to the table and served the table.

The food was excellent and of great value. But the service was passable. The waiter did not serve the wine we brought even though we were charged for corkage. We did not order any rice but were served (and charged for) anyways. The pappadum, while complimentary, did not come with any mint chutney which is a staple condiment that accompanies it.
Dear Kunal Thank you very much for making a reservation with Rajdhani Indian Restaurant, Terrigal and dining with us on 19th July 2014. We are glad that you did enjoy the food at the restaurant and have rated it highly. We are sad that you did not enjoy our service, which normally is of very high standards. I have reviewed your observations and would like to clarify the following: 1. We charge a nominal BYO of $1.50 per person and are not a fine dine restaurant that would normally serve wine to our diners.BYO is just a concept for our diners to get any drink that they choose to bring. Normally the corkage in Terrigal does go upto $6.00 per person or bottle. 2. We offer free Pappad's to our diners and are happy to provide an accompanying mint sauce on request and is charged at $2.50 and the same is clearly mentioned in the menu as well. We would have been very happy to serve you the same if it was requested. 3. With respect to Rice, if the same would have been mentioned at the time of bill presentation we would have been happy to remove the charge if the Rice was served and not consumed by the diner. Our Restaurant Manager recalls his interaction with your table and you had given multiple thumbs up as well, so we were very confident that you were having a good time and very specially enjoying the music as well. We would love to welcome you back to the restaurant and enjoy our usual high standards of service. Regards Raj

We have been dining at Rajdhani for over ten years at both the Kincumber & Terrigal Restaurants as well as the regular takeaway. We are always impressed with standard of service and the quality and tastiness of the food. Best Indian on the Coast.
