His focus is presenting powerful flavours with toned back plating to ensure the diner gets a unique and enjoyable experience. Cam believes that the W.A food scene has become something special and that he wants to be a part of it. Last year in 2018 Cam was awarded The Western Australian Good Food Guide Young Chef of The Year.

The quality of the food was very good. The staff are very attentive. However the lack of a portion of vegetables accompanying the main courses or to order as a side dish was very strange and I would probably not return for this reason. I would definitely mention this it to anyone who I knew was thinking of booking. There is nothing wrong with it but it doesn't suit me as a diner.

Fabulous evening, great food and service. Wonderful to be able to try some different dishes and tastes. Stand out for us the kangaroo carpaccio and duck breast.

This fine dining establishment is owned and run by chef Scott O`Sullivan, who has created an innovative and vibrant Mod-Oz menu in a welcoming, fine dining environment.
