I did not book a table for two for 4.30 am last Sunday morning ????. I think your booking service has a small glitch. Unless I did it in my sleep. Otherwise we love coming there. The only thing bad I'd have to add is the food isn't hot enough and last time we went, Saturday night Nov 2 it was nearly cold.

Pricing range for “non adults” 16yrs-18yrs =$28pp, that’s a lot for a young person to pay especially if their still in school. Some smorgasbord restaurants I know of charge 18yr & under by their actual age. Considering kids only really eat certain menu items & not all that is on offer

    Redbank Plains Tavern

Hi Heke, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for dining with us. Unfortunately, the pricing dependency on ages is out of our control however. We hope to see you again!

It is very family friendly and good enough value for the money however It is very noisy, children run around and are very noisy and uncontrolled, my sister saw 1 child sticking his fingers into the different sweets. they are very slow to refill the empty food trays and some they didnt refill at all.

Some food was great like the fish surprisingly but other food wasn't so great, the service wasn't the best either. Definately don't feel like a valued customer

They must have been low on staff as we had to wait to be served at the counter. Then our plates were piling up and there was no one there to clear it, we thought about putting our plates on another table to clear it ourselves. I also asked 2 staff members for more cups for the coffee machine as the 5 there were dirty so people starting using the soup bowls. There was also no hot chocolate, I did ask twice but no-one came to refill it. Food was average and the beef was hard, burnt and chewy, there was next to no butter chicken available. The lift soft drink had run out or was low on syrup too. Unfortunately we have tried this place twice...just to make sure and it was bad both times.

I recommend Springwood Feast as compare to Redbank Plains because Redbank Plains doesn’t have much variety in food, desserts. They didn’t fill up the trays again... very very less variety as compare to Springwood one.... or may be because i went for lunch. Next time only Springwood one i’ll go. Thanks

    Redbank Plains Tavern

Hey Deepti, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving those issues. Thanks, Redbank Plains Tavern
