The food is very good and innovative, lots of big flavours and clever marrying of flavours with fresh produce. The service under the watchful eye of Mel is polished . Well done Reserve

About Reserve Wine Bar

Welcome to Newcastle’s first grape emporium At home on Hunter Street in the hub of Newcastle, Reserve is the perfect spot to relax after a busy week. Take a seat at the bar or sink into a lounge and order a glass of the Tasmanian Pinot Noir. The small plates menu works perfectly to complement the expansive wine selection. Of course you have to order the charcuterie board with chorizo, pickles and burrata! If you and your crew are feeling quite peckish, go for the roast chicken with bread stuffing to share. Best dish: Half roast chicken with bread stuffing.
