Chef Jock Zonfrillo has put Adelaide back on the map for destination diners. His degustation menu takes diners on a journey into the tastes of Australia across about twenty different dishes - ten bite-sized snacks, six main courses, three desserts and bread. The food is very Australian, and sparkles with life and energy - think food with the spirit of Australia’s wild and indigenous plants, grasses and animals. It’s confident, assured and original.
