Lovely warm welcome, great ambiance, we had a fantastic evening, a very varied menu. Will definitely be going back again. Very reasonable price.

Very nice welcome, service was quick and efficient without losing the ambience of being a friendly relaxed environment to eat in. We will be going back next week after our first experience last night. Very good value too in comparison to many other restaurants in the area.

Nice food. Tad overpriced. But if you go with the beef choice you’re fine. Owner is nice and welcoming as most of the staff. All in all worth it. : ) *

We eat here once a year when on our golf holiday but wish we were local! We have never been disappointed. The service is prompt even when restaurant is full. The helpings are large , but perhaps too many carbs ( chips, rice and fried sweet potatoes) with the main dish and tomato salad. . The house wine is cheap and cheerful. I had sole meunière, and my husband had the peppercorn sauce fillet steak. Delicious! Looking forward to next year already!

Gamboa is a lovely little restaurant. Great food, great staff & I would highly recommend. Don’t expect ‘fine dining’ just a great atmosphere & lovely food. A++++++

A very good local restaurant. This was our third visit this holiday and each time the food has been very good. The fish is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. Great value for money.

Had a really nice dinner: pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff and above all, fantastic dishes. The Bife do Acém de Uruguay as well as the Linguado (served off the bone) were excellent as always. Don't miss this restaurant!
