Food was stunning, huge servings. Only down side is when the doors have to be kept shut in summer it’s so noisy you can’t talk to each other. Online booking so easy
The staff were excellent especially Lindy who could not do enough to make us feel welcome and make my son’s 16th bday a night to remember. Very accommodating and friendly. Food was excellent!
Venue very busy, had to wait for the booked table, staff young and inexperienced food was over cooked for steak and cold sent it back and their initial response was we will reheat it. It was a rare steak. So waited 20 mins for a fresh one they did deduct it from the bill for the inconvenience but shouldn't happen in the first place
Food is good. Service normally really good. New staff, meal was misplaced had to wait ????. Next time priortize getting little one feed first. Adults generally have more patience.
The steak was really chewy and lots of fat, did not enjoy my meal and unfortunately i will not be returning to the restaurant. jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj
We were the second customers who arrived and ordered our meals. But were very disappointed that our Food was served late. Other customers who came late were served with their orders before us. Not happy at all.

The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. This is followed by the quick service and delicious dishes.
The pork ribs (which is their specialty) are a little disappointing. It was not tender at all as you would expect (in fact a little chewy). The sides were nice though - we had the sweet potato fries and potato mash. The steak and burger were ok too.
Staff were pleasant and competent but management just lie on the menus. They clearly don't actually know what buffalo wings are compared to wings you just throw in the oven and they call the corn "grilled", yet not only is it not grilled, it's stone cold. Go elsewhere.
I had 400gr rump, it was really chewy, veggies were delicious. The staff were also really good. Took a long time to get our first drink as they were having a staff meeting at 6pm
Ultimately, it's the food that counts and on that, it was very good: both tasty and good portions. But first, arriving to-the-minute, the hostess couldn't see our reservation as my TheFork profile uses a shortened first name rather than my full name. Warning sign about the ability of the front-of-house staff in hindsight. We were seating, by the side door and beside a 16-top table. Naturally they were loud, the kids, at our end, especially. We moved after a while and it was a bit better but it is a loud place. Service is slow despite lots of staff. We sat for exactly 20 minutes before anyone came over to ask if we wanted water and for any other beverages. It was still a good-tasting meal but could be much more.
A great place for any celebration, excellent food and ambience. Would prefer to have the coleslaw as one of the side selections instead of set on the plate. Will definitely be back.

The ribs were tough and seemed undercooked. The sides, drinks and service were good with the staff being very apologetic but the quality of the meal was disappointing for what we paid.
I have been coming to This establishment every time I’m in Townsville. This trip I was back twice in the same week. My comments are - the service staff are really attentive as always. However, The food is not consistent. We dine in and steak was good but gave me only a few pieces of the calamari topping. And when I had take away, the Steak was over cook but the calamari topping was generous. I do wish that you have waygu steak as an option as We do enjoy a good our steak. They have a waygu shnitzel option which is just not the same.
The serving looks big because is is served in a bigger plate full of fries. I ordered ribs but is tough but the taste is good. The staff are also friendly.
Really great food, and a decent price too! Lots of room in the restaurant so you didn't feel crowded or squashed.
