What i have ordered in the menu looked like normal tortelini served in a type of sauce but what i recieved was tortellini served in a bowl of soup and in the water it was boiled in... as well, i was asked to pay for “San Benedetto” water which was actually tap water since the bottle was opened before they brought it at the table

Fortunately, it’s very rare for us to receive HUGE LIES like yours! Normally we consider the comments of REAL CUSTOMERS as indications to improve ourselves, but we cannot accept attempts to defame our professional seriousness with false claims of an evident hired fake customer. First of all it’s a very defamation your claim that in our restaurant we serve tap water instead of bottled mineral water! The bottle of San Benedetto water you ordered, was served to you at the table and uncorked at the moment by our staff: this is the one and only truth! Your other big lie is that you read "Tortellini al sugo" on our menu and you ordered those! Anyone can verify that on our menu we indicate exclusively “Tortellini in broth” (as Italian tradition) and these are served in a workmanlike manner: in appropriate deep dish, that you define "soup bowl”. Excuse but your comment is very similar to that of a "professional complainer”….
