The food was really Nice and gourmet. The chef is a little shy to begin with, but very soon he was chatty. Just one suggestion- the waitresses found it difficult to relay our dietary restriction of “no dairy” to the chef. Of course it was sorted soon enough. Loved the kobe and wagyu beef. Fully recommend it

The view is absolutely amazing, just next to the Yarra river. The food is also quite nice.

Fantastic service, nice decor and setting. Food can be hit and miss for the prices. I think lunches are better value.

Food was nice, although used chicken thigh which was quite fatty, and only small quantites of seafood were served. Overall good quality but expensive. The wine selection was also good but the cheapest was $50/bottle with our selection at $60/bottle (available for around $20 at a bottleshop)

Nice looking venue, amazing service and good food but quite steep in comparison to similarly decent restaurants.

A wonderful venue and the food is fantastic. The menu is a bit confusing with so much to choose from! We have dined here before and will definitely again!

Great feed - tremendously filling - with the added drama of the cooking taking place in front of us. Atmosphere was a little impaired by the fact we were all facing the same way rather than across from each other, but was otherwise great

Located at the WTC Wharf, World Trade Centre, Riverside Teppanyaki is the newest and largest teppanyaki table in Australia, featuring 19 cooking stations and seating for up to 44 people. Using the latest technologies available for induction (electromagnetic) cooking and all-ceiling ventilation, Riverside Teppanyaki has been custom designed for your dining comfort.

At Riverside Teppanyaki we cook in a traditional Japanese teppanyaki style. Part of the allure is to watch the chef’s knife and cooking skills while your meal is being expertly prepared. Whether you are seated as a couple or in a group, you are involved in all the action as your menu is cooked to order.

Our Head Teppanyaki Chef has created a variety of inspiring set menus with prime Australian produce including rock lobster, king prawns and wagyu beef and a la carte options, to ensure you experience the very best of teppanyaki dining.

Riverside Teppanyaki, on the promenade of the Yarra River overlooking the convention centre and the casino, is the perfect space for a cocktail party or corporate event. With ample local parking, free World Trade Centre water taxis from Federation Square and a tram next door (Spencer Street bridge) it is easy to get to and hard to resist.
