Saibos

Uninspired food. Chorizo flambee tableside was chewy and full of cartalige, cheap bought in toasts for a goat cheese dish, tuna carpaccio unseasoned and still partially frozen, shrimp and avocado was a cheap mayonnaise bomb.

We did not feel that the staff realy cared about guests. Waiting time was far too long, even for the starter (more than 30min). Waiter did not warn us about longer waiting time (they didn't had "full house"). Most of the time staff was chatting and laughing with themselves. But despite this fact, meals was realy good.

Food was equivalent to “bar food” - some of the tapas were previously frozen seafood. However, batatas with aioli sauce delicious, and wine was good. It’s a good place for snacks or happy hour - not for dinner.
