This restaurant was great and there was plenty of food. The staff were also pleasant. My only complaint was that they charge a percentage to pay with your credit card (around 2.6%)
Had the seafood table, it was way too much food but delicious nonetheless
The ratio of experienced wait-staff to trainees was noticeably low. The "all you can eat" style should have been a clue that the quality wasn't at 4-5 star levels... Overall OK - but not as good as expected.
We enjoyed our night celebratint the end of a crazy year. Food was plentiful, and very nice. Service was great! Our waitress looked after us, like we were the only patrons in the restaurant

So much food, we didn't manage to eat it all! Happy with the seafood platter and the additional mains+dessert selection. Our waitress Rebekah went above and beyond withus and we were delighted with her service. Great ambience and definitely good value for money (with The Fork promo!)
The staff was welcoming and attentive. They changed the buffet to table service for obvious reasons. Nevertheless, there was no shortage of food. With the Fork Offer I think that Sailmaker offers one of the best value dining for high-end hotel restaurants in Sydney. It works well for a group of friends or a family to celebrate the end of the year!
Loved the ambiance - very festive! When we got the 3 tiered dish the waitress stated this was our entree. We giggled thinking surely this was the whole meal. We thoroughly enjoyed grazing our way through the delicious food. Then the waitress returned to clear the tray & to tell us our mains were coming! The food was extremely plentiful, extremely good value and delicious. Oh did I mention their were 5 desserts!!!

More than we could consume. Four of us including a child was given two towers, three mains with vegetables and two plates of desserts. The mains are quite nice. Just the paying part needs a bit of wait as the counter is at the entrance.
The staff were helpful beyond expectation. Food was plentiful. Quality of seafood starter was ordinary. Deserts were fair. Hot food veg and fish were good. Osso bucca was ordinary. Pleasant visit had by all. Thanks
The fish was overcooked and overall food quality was substandard. Even with the Fork 30% off it was not good value.

The food was quality was second to none. The seafood was fresh and you could be mistaken that the mains came out of the masterchef kitchen. Would absolutely and definitely go there again.
Entrees came out really quickly. Prawns and oysters were great! The crab tasted defrosted and wasn’t that nice. Other plates in entree were good. The mains we had fried salmon cutlet and beef brisket with veggies which was ok. Lots of food we were very full. We loved the desserts, small servings of different desserts.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good. The entree was my favourite - loved the fresh prawns!
We were welcomed by the friendly staff and after appropriate checks shown to our table. We had a pre-set 3 course menu. There was plenty of food, with extra offered and while not spectacular was enjoyable. We would be happy to return.
