A local gem and glad to see a restaurant under Rockpool group serving locals in Brisbane

Good venue. Attentive service and great lay out. The music however was terrible and kind of spoiled the dining atmosphere. The food was fantastic.

Very good service and the food came out extremely fast. A little bit pricey, but worth it for an occasional fine dining experience.

I’ve been to Sake many times and it used to be better .. food used to be more tasty ... my sashimi was too warm (I like it cold) and my tempura too oily Also it should have Bento box available Sake is competition for Nobu... and there’s no Nobu in Brisbane then Sake should provide an outstanding food taste as my experience was compare to any other cheaper Japanese restaurant around . The restaurant is beautiful and the food is good, but there's room for improvement. I was going to be late for my reservation and wanted to do the right thing by calling up 1 hour prior to notify Sake. After 3 attempts of no one answering the phone, I gave up. When I arrived 15 mins late, I was provided a share table, when I requested for a table with some privacy.
