First try dining in Double Bay one as usually go to Circular Quay. Equally good in food and service. Though must say I was expecting more from Double Bay as they are with 1 hat.

My second visit to Sake. The previous visit was in Melbourne. Did not disappoint! Can recommend the hiramasa kingfish, popcorn shrimp and gyoza for starters and cape grim short rib. The crispy Brussel sprouts as a side should not be missed! And finish off with the extravagant dragon egg for dessert ...

Award-winning contemporary Japanese Nestled within the InterContinental Double Bay lies Sake, a contemporary Japanese fine dining experience. Choose from the main dining room, or for group events, one of three private dining rooms of varying capacity, as well as a selection of semi-private spaces.
