Food was fantastic. Service was terrible. Matching set menu wines arrived after we finished each course. No explanation what we were drinking an how it matched.

The Chef's Signature 8 course menu was amazing - got to try a few new dishes that I wouldn't usually order (and definitely will in future - chicken karaage and wagyu were standouts). Service was great too.

Although I was aware of this having dined there before, on this occasion I wasn't reminded that the meals are designed to share. We needed to eat our choices similtaniusly due to time restrictions. A reminder would have jogged my memory. Also the service was a little slow and I had to get the servers attention to top up drinks. Overall a very good restaurant

I have booking but no table for me. The receptionist ask me to sit at bar tender. The gyoza $25 for 5 per plate is over expensive and the taste so so.

It was very cold in the restaurant, they need to keep the restaurant at a comfortable temperature
