Top 40 type Music didn't really for the space. Otherwise excellent.
Great venue! Thanks
Sake is a staple restaurant if you like Asian and a view. The location and availability private rooms of makes it perfect for business lunches and dinners
food is very yum, waitress was very kind to provide sparkler for my mum's birthday
Amazing food in an amazing setting.
Great service, drinks got a bit slower as it got busier. Fresh and delicious sushi/sashimi. Beautiful atmosphere. Food sometimes a bit too creative and sweet though, keep it simple.
Always fantastic food and friendly staff! One of our favourite restaurants!
Excellent across the board. Just a bit short staffed.
Sake has been a terrific restaurant looking to emulate the likes of Nobu. Having dined there numerous times before over the years we were looking forward to another great dining experience. On this occasion we left disappointed. All meals lacked the sophistication and detail that Sale is known for. Sushi rolls were great. Miso Toothfish was good, but not great; the teriyaki Chicken was not as before. Simply a piece of poached chicken sliced and an overpowering teriyaki sauce dribbled over it. The Kingfish too was simple and a few steps down on effort, finesse and presentation. Staff were courteous and efficient just a bit light on. Important to note it is during holidays and it’s only fair to expect some delays and difficultly in getting staff. But the hero dishes were a big step down to the incredibly high standard they set a decade ago. Hope it’s an aberration to a previously unblemished record.
This is a delightful restaurant with excellent service and dishes beautifully prepared and presented with the finest ingredients. Absolutely fabulous.
I had heard good reviews about this restaurant but was disappointed. The initial receptionist was great, our table waitress was conspicuous by her absence and getting a drink was a long wait, on most occasions we had to follow up with the waitress. It did not seem that busy and there seemed to be adequate staff..we just felt forgotten. The food was okay, but was not value for money...the venue was not as authentic as we had hoped. The kitchen noise was loud and the music was louder, which made it difficult to hear any conversation and also the waitress.
Honestly the best Japanese culinary experience. Service was second to none. The waiter was so amazing.
Great customer service and elegant yet delicious food
Awesome as usual.. ❤️
Food was exceptional. Service was better. Can’t wait to go back .
Me and the wife ordered the omakase tasting menu. The shrimp popcorn was a highlight in terms of the cooked food. The ceviche taco was refreshing as well. The wagyu with the sauces was a little confusing as a combination. Very good, above 4 but short of 5.
Food amazing, staff amazing. Ambience good apart from the music. It's too dance/modern when it should be more ambient. It makes you want to leave as soon as you've eaten because it starts to get annoying. Other than that I'll keep going back to Sake as long as they keep making delicious food and providing top service
We enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you so much
