Food was good.

The food is of high quality. I think authentic as well. It is the sort of no frill restaurant that suits best dinners who are after the food and not the interior design. Despite that they are a bit understaffed on a busy Saturday evening, service was attentive and sincere.

It’s one of those surviving restaurants on that strip of Willoughby road. Though I haven’t been there for a while now but it maintained the same quality and service which are good.

There is nothing like sitting down to a delicious sukiyaki hotpot on a chilly day. A terrific and authentic Japanese restaurant with delicious food and drinks.

About Sapporo

Sake and sushi at Sapporo This North Sydney mainstay is one of the longest surviving Japanese restaurants in Australia. Offering a truly unique experience with its wide range of authentic and contemporary dishes, this glorious spot is perfect for huge family banquets, intimate meals for two or long lazy catch ups with sake and live jazz. We love the bento boxes which are always stuffed full of tasty treats! Best dish: any of the bentos.
