One of the nicest restaurant experiences I have had a in a long time... so good to be served by professional waitering staff and the food and wine selections were brilliant. The setting is exquisite and atmosphere a delight. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.

One of the best meals I’ve had anywhere. Scallops with black truffle, red emperor and chocolate fondant were all uniformly magnificent! Service fantastic.

Enjoyed our meal immensely, food was fantastic, service was exceptional all with the best views on the Gold Coast, will definitely eat there again if we return to Surfers Paradise. Highly recommended to all who want a fine dining experience.

Excellent combination of dishes on the menu. Great balance between the more traditional dishes and the modern. Seafood with a contemporary twist without being too sophisticated. Great service and very attentive staff.

The service and food quality is good! You need to make reservation in advance because the booking is really full. They will also call you to reconfirm the booking and ask if you need any assistance to go to the restaurant. However, it is quite difficult to find a parking lot nearby this restaurant.

About Seascape Restaurant + Bar

A seafood sensation A trip to Surfers Paradise isn’t complete without a meal at Seascape Restaurant & Bar, a stunning venue that offers an incredible outlook over the beach and buzzing Esplanade. Ascend the contemporary timber staircase to the restaurant on the second floor and find yourself in a minimalistic, modern space that is the perfect backdrop for wining and dining. Seafood is the name of the game here and the restaurant sources a minimum of six different types of fresh fish daily; each one prepared specifically to showcase the unique tastes and textures of each fishy morsel. Start with an entree of maple-cured black kingfish with wasabi sorbet, wakame and sesame praline or cured duck breast before moving on to one of the daily catches. And if you really can’t choose opt for the five-course banquet and enjoy the Chef’s seafood selection. Or if you’re just looking for something a bit more casual head to the bar and bistro downstairs and grab some fish & chips and a glass of wine… this is a venue that is perfect for all occasions. Best dish: Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, pan fried, dashi broth, 34 pickled mushrooms, edamame, kombu.
