Lovely new restaurant on the beach. Window seats a must. Some teething problems being very new and in a newly refurbished building (like odd issues in the bathrooms) but these did not at all detract from a lovely evening. The school of prawns (shrimp) and crispy mussels as a must-have...

The food was very tasty and fast service. Had some dishes that were late and also order not placed. The concept is good and the food was great however I feel it was too overpriced for the size of the meals. Selection was a bit limited and there were a number of items (Wine & desert) that were not available as they had run out.

We loved our dining experience at Sebastian and can’t wait to return. Food, wine and service were all excellent and the view was amazing. Highly recommended.

I think this restaurant has lots of potential and is a welcoming addition to Williamstown. The food was very good but the portions were extremely small for a very high price. A price that you would pay for a real fine dining experience, which it didn't really was. Either you push up the experience (e.g. presentation, innovative dishes) or you balance the price.

Extremely disapppointing. We were hoping for something the likes of Movida, as the prices reflect this standard of food and service. The staff try but are very inexperienced, undertrained and with no service systems in place. Unfortunately there is no excuse for the extremely poor quality of the food. We ordered a variety of items from eack menu section and apart from the leek balls everything was awful. An example being the pork sausage with apple purée. What arrived was half of a thin and extremely over cooked sausage cut into four tiny pieces with no purée or any other condiment, all for $12. Sadly won’t be recommending or going back. Such a shame as the venue itself and the renovations they have done are good.....
