Service could certainly be better. Wait staff weren’t attentive and inefficient. An example of this is getting our main meals delivered to the table and the wait person not grabbing plates which were only 5 yards away from her - we then sat there watching our meal for 5 minutes before hailing someone to finally have our plates delivered to the table.

Lovely new restaurant on the beach. Window seats a must. Some teething problems being very new and in a newly refurbished building (like odd issues in the bathrooms) but these did not at all detract from a lovely evening. The school of prawns (shrimp) and crispy mussels as a must-have...

The food was very tasty and fast service. Had some dishes that were late and also order not placed. The concept is good and the food was great however I feel it was too overpriced for the size of the meals. Selection was a bit limited and there were a number of items (Wine & desert) that were not available as they had run out.

We loved our dining experience at Sebastian and can’t wait to return. Food, wine and service were all excellent and the view was amazing. Highly recommended.

I think this restaurant has lots of potential and is a welcoming addition to Williamstown. The food was very good but the portions were extremely small for a very high price. A price that you would pay for a real fine dining experience, which it didn't really was. Either you push up the experience (e.g. presentation, innovative dishes) or you balance the price.
