Beautiful views and lovely atmosphere.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND any one to attend. Had to follow up with Waitress for entree after 45 Minutes consisting of damper and cold pate after ordering and the main meal lamb and duck after 1 hr 30 minutes. It was clear that the Kitchen staff were preoccupied by a constant delivery of burgers to a seperate table occupied after our seating. Asked the waitress whether their was drink service she offered a drink menu without advice e . In approaching the waitress for service after the second main meal delay . Was advised that there had been a recognisable number of complaints already . with this service there should be a duty to warn attempts at bookings of the expectations in service.

This is a lovely restaurant and the interior design and feel of the place is beautiful. From the onset it was apparent that they were understaffed. I think all the staff were lovely and they were definately trying their best but they were clearly stressed, tired, and frankly, a bit over it. We had to ask for drink lists, then for more drinks, for the table to be cleared. We weren't offered dessert but we indicated we would have coffee in the bar ... to escape the flies! They were terrible and did nothing to improve the day. This restaurant definately lacked a maitre'd or host to 'pull it altogether' and help out where needed. It is huge restaurant (bar, terrace and restaurant) and I genuinely felt for the waiters having to cover it all. The food was lovely (we shared the lamb shoulder, it was delicious), wine list is great.

Great venue, staff and food. Good variety with both restaurant and bar menu available. Can be great place for a quiet couple dinner but sometimes has large groups (which can be noisy) however if you call and book they always let you know if there is a wedding etc so you can make the choice. It never bothers us and we always enjoy The Springs and recommend it highly

Really good food and a lovely view. However, obviously, it's none of the staffs fault. But when we went for a special occasion. A large group came in and made so much noise that none of us could talk to each other, we had to move outside. I think for rowdy groups like these, they should be given a table further away from the main dining area because this isn't the first time this has happened while I've been there. I blame none of the staff for this and it was quickly resolved when we moved but I did notice that multiple other groups followed us outside because of the noise. It really broke the atmosphere for more people than just my group.

From entering to leaving this was a fantastic lunch. Staff were so welcoming, good choice on menu and drinks not too expensive. 6 of us sat on the terrace for lunch and the slow cooked lamb and a few side dishes was just delicious. All managed a dessert too as too tempting to refuse. Very upmarket fit out and fancy toilets!! Definitely worth a bit of a drive to get to and I don’t even play golf.

This is a lovely place and we did no know it existed until we read the magazine article on the Central Coast

I'm sure the place has great views in daytime; however at night there is nothing to see beyond the large feature window that dominates the place.
