It was very nice food. So yummy!
Food was very impressive. Needed to order sides with every main meal but the quality was high. It was quite busy which probably explained why we had so much trouble with the service of drinks for the table.
Food took a long time to come out. May have overheard discussion between service staff and kitchen But no acknowledgement from service staff on why
Read a lot of good reviews about the mini tomahawk steak - was cooked perfectly and a very tasty steak (with shiraz jus) to share between 2 people. Great antipasto starter and a limited but good vegetarian option in the maple syrup glazed butternut pumpkin. Not on the menu but the deconstructed meringue was a light citrus dessert that was a great way to finish an excellent steak dinner.
We got the special cut of steak which was really tasty. The sides are also quite a decent portion. Service was friendly.
From the moment we entered the restaurant we were made to feel welcome, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The meals were exceptional, all freshly prepared and served. Even when there was an issue with the bill the staff went out of their way to assist. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and we will be returning.
Lovely restaurant and service.. Does not have that hotel restaurant that many do. It’s nice and quiet - you can actually hear your conversation. Very know legible sommelier who really helped matched our wines beautifully to our meal. Steak was cooked to perfection. I Can’t fault this restaurant. One of Brisbane’s gems. Have already dined there many times before and will certainly go back.
Six Acres is our absolute favourite! Consistently amazing meals and the staff are always delightful.
The staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Everything - the food, the restaurant and the staff - was beautifully presented and we had a great time! Thank you so much!
Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The steak and fish cooked exactly as requested.
This was a disappointing meal. The serving staff were nice but things were not going well in the kitchen. The food quality was not what we expected. My tuna entree was very dry The garlic bread had no garlic that we could detect The main meal of fillet steak was served without the sides and the steak was almost cold When the sides finally arrived one of the dishes meant to be broccoli and bok choy was missing the bok choy. All in all a disappointing experience. We won’t be rushing back
The restaurant is awesome. The chef put his head n heart in making all the dishes. Highly recommended.
The food, service and attention to detail at this restaurant is excellent .Great quality food
Food was great and service was superb
It’s always a delight to dine at Six Acres. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Joel was very accommodating and made some great recommendations. Undoubtedly the best steak in Brisbane!!
Second time around and absolutely amazing again. Enjoyed everything and the staff are so friendly espeically the manager who always goes out of his way to help us celebrate a special occasion.
The food was excellent and the service was prompt. Well worth a visit of you are trying in the hotel or nearby area. The desert was particularly good.
Great service, apple tar tar tin was soggy but overall great food
Great new menu with plenty of choice. Delicious meals and fabulous friendly service. Always a really pleasant experience at this restaurant for dinner.
The food was so good and the staff were very friendly! Everything was great. Highly recommend.
