Service and atmosphere are amazing. The food however need some work . Something to combined the flavour seems missing to me at least , just a thought.

Firstly the food here is very very good. The servings are massive as well which is rare for a hotel restaurant. Unfortunately it is massively let down by the service. On the night we went there didn't seem to be enough wait staff. We were waiting a while to get anyone to take our orders. We asked for water and didn;t get it - so we just helped ourselves to the jugs. They mixed up our food order and gave us something we didn;t order and when we said we didn't order it - they were very adamant we did - so we just took it. They didn't end up charging us at least. The waiter looked flustered but was nice and tried to explain he was doing his best. If they can sort out their service, the restaurant would be very very good. But for now it's just the food that was excellent.

It’s a very luxurious and sophisticated interior. We approached the host desk and were not greeted or welcomed, simply shown to our table. We found the low table non-conducive to dining or conversation and asked to be moved which presented no issue. None of the staff smiled, it took a long time to get their attention and although food was served in good time, service was slow overall, and we had to prompt for our table to be cleared and dessert menus. The maitre’d was somewhat dismissive, and the waiter who took payment seemed disengaged entirely. A modest and good offering for vegetarians, and all dishes were tasty and well presented. We will certainly make a return visit and hopefully service improves.

Food was good but expensive if paying full price. Service was really poor though. We were at the table for 30 minutes trying to get someone’s attention before we could get any water or drinks.

Service was attentive and food was surprisingly good. Overall had a nice evening however couldn’t give 10points as the food came out a little slow for a half empty vicinity.

Staff were attentive, polite and absolutely lovely. Food was also a good portion and we can tell ingredients were fresh. We had the Crack Pie for dessert and the house made Baileys ice cream - both were sensational.

Came with my partner for dinner and can't compliment the waitresses enough on their service and attentiveness. The highlight of the meal for me was the Crack Pie dessert which was gastronomical and so delicious - can't wait to visit again.

Amazing food, every dish we ordered between (about 7) between the 4 of us was incredible. Presentation gorgeous, cooked to perfection and just the right balance. I've not had gnocchi before where the veges were the hero of the dish not the potato! Definitely a place to go back and try some other dishes especially with TheFork discount.

Terribly disappointing experience, mostly from service and atmosphere. We were treated rudely as we had booked for 2 and tried to bring 2 friends, so wanted a table for 4, which they were not happy with. The restaurant was dead and lacking ambiance. Surely an extra 2 people dining would be seen as a good thing?

Very unique menu items, everything ordered was amazing! The atmosphere and service is also outstanding. Would highly also recommend to leave room for dessert.

Friendly staffs and excellent service (can tell they are pretty new and not so familiar with the menu yet but still helpful enough) Desserts are great! Just a little bit disappointed on the main: chicken breast is really salty (as it suggests in menu though) ; main to dessert was a bit slow but since we went for 40% off promotion so in conclusion were happy for the first experience.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! Detailed explanation of both the food and drink menu followed by beautiful meals! The presentation was incredible, you must try the truffle 'Cappuccino'. Really loved everything about our visit and experience.
