Food was quite nice. Ordered the mix platter for 1 which was plenty to share for 2 with 2 other entrees (cold pickled octopus and tortillas). Chorizo a little bit dry. But other meats were marinated well and tasty. Cubed chips were cute and marinated with paprika.

Beautiful, warm and cosy atmosphere with a lovely welcome of olives and great service! We each had a steak that was incredible with the side of potatoes as their amazing sauces!!

Very well organised, friendly with wonderful food. We booked for 8.00pm but turned up half an hour early. They accommodated us with no fuss. Everyone should order the bread which is served with a wonderful sauce, we were tempted to order more but we knew that we need space for the main. We will return.

Been here a few times now and every time has been fantastic. Generous portions and top quality food. Great drinks selection and very good service. Will definitely keep coming back.

All the food was fantastic except for small potatoes Fried diced potatoes some other form of potatoe would solve the issue even chips fried would have been better

Food was lovely, service inattentive and not really interested in our table. Venue was busy due to the time of year but wait for food and especially drinks was a tad unreasonable. Ended up leaving before our second bottle of water arrived but got charged for it. Management were happy to remove it once they realised we never got it.

The food was delicious. Despite one of your group not turning up both the Maitre D' and the waitress were knowledgable and friendly. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my carnivore friends.

About Sosta Argentinian Kitchen

A little bit of South America in the heart of Adelaide! Three ex hospitality veterans in Adelaide have joined forces to create one of Rundle Street’s most well-loved and long standing restaurants. In a sea of Italian and Greek eateries, Sosta immediately stood out, not only for its beautiful warm and inviting décor, but for the brilliant cuisine and impeccable service. Simple brick walls and dark wooden furniture adds a classy feel to the dining room and having an owner running the kitchen and the other two on the floor mingling with the customers is a unique experience where you can be sure that every desire is fulfilled. The grill provides traditional Argentinean food such as Empanadas, Chorizo and onion and Tortilla on the Tapas menu and beautiful slow roasted duck, Paella and Veal Escalopes on the mains list. No BVYO at this venue but that shouldn’t serve a problem- their wine list has over 130 wines and your hosts are expert in food matching so please just ask. It is most definitely the place for a special occasion or if you wish to experience all that goes with its beautiful linen, subtle lighting and humming ambience. Best dish – Chivito - Young slow braised goat.
