Fabulous
Great Food and Atmosphere perfect for dinner for 2
Always consistently good. Steaks are delicious, Corn on the cob is delicious, the chips are outstanding. Will definitely be heading back very soon
From the welcome when we arrived right through to the departure the whole experience was very satisfying.
Worth the wait although waitstaff should repeat orders for clarity as some items were missed however enjoyable food.
Linc and the team have been looking after us for around 10 years. I have had birthday parties, favourite customers and corporate events at Squires. Always resulted in great feedback and guests converting their favourite steak house to Squires Loft. Simply the best steak combined with great service delivered by friendly engaging staff.
This is my husbands favourite restaurant Great Food atmosphere and staff. We love sitting outside as he can keep an eye on his car. We take all our friends here. Best Steak and Pepper Sauce. I love the Chicken. We live in Mandurah and are happy to drive 1hr to get the best steak in Perth. Have been going to Squires Loft for more than 3 years and absolutely love the place. Couldn't say enough.
Always good
An awesome vibe for a casual and nice evening out! Food and wine is always marvellous! Great location in Subiaco, easy to get to and park. Overall great service by all the staff!!
Lovely food. Friendly staff. Quite noisy. Service a little haphazard. Forgot sour cream. Then it was served without a spoon. No follow up re desserts or coffee.
Always impressive steaks and can't fault the service
Terrible service, unprofessional staff and steak was over cooked.
Steak meals were all excellent & great red wine to match
The Squires loft was recommended to us by a friend and it did not disappoint. Service was great , very friendly staff and the food was so flavoursome.. would recommend and go again.
Restaurant was half full when we arrived for our booked table requested not near the toilet but was seated right next to the toilet but was corrected when the waitress fully read our booking. Then service staff disappeared and waited 10 mins for water then further 10 mins for waitress to return to take our drink order, bit disappointing as service was rated at 4 out of 5. Then took a further 10 or 15 minutes to try and get the eye of a waitress to take our food order. Food was average but for the price well over priced , we spent over $200 for two of us and left feeling underwhelmed for our experience
Being Father's Day we thought the restaurant would have something special on the menu, greeting or anything complimentary. But we were disappointed that it felt like just another ordinary day. Nothing to make the Fathers feel special.
Very good steak and a reasonable price, and quick service. The chips were good, but mass produced. The mushrooms were delicious. The lighting was a bit dark, with a few lightbulbs blown
Great food however it was a little dark inside and the music a little on the loud side. Otherwise Service was top notch and we were served promptly and together
The restaurant was easy to find. Atmosphere was pretty good. The music was a bit loud and had too much base considering one is trying to eat; not party or dance. The food was very charred.
Best ribs in Perth
Best steak I’ve had. Good relaxed atmosphere
12F/531 Hay Street, 6008, Subiaco (WA), Australia
All things moo When a steakhouse expands to 15 locations, you know that they must be doing something right. Squires Loft in Subiaco, the golden triangle of restaurant real estate on the West Coast, is just as popular as the first venue in the chain that opened back in the ‘90s in Brighton. Squires “steaks” its reputation on great food and unique flavours. The crowds that rock up to the Suby spot show that the owners are on to something. Naturally, patrons prefer porterhouse or other grills but Squires does cater for vegetarians or chicken eaters – so it’s a suitable space for all. Try the Angus beef short ribs – 400g or 800g options – that are slow cooked and basted and are provided as a tasty starter. Ahem, that’s right – a starter. Weighing in at 1kg, you could select the pork spare ribs for a main with chips or baked potato. And, if you can still chew, you could top it all off with ice-cream with Mars Bar hot chocolate sauce. Best dish: Wagyu burger – 200g Waygu beef char-grilled and basted then served on a toasted bun with caramelised onions, Swiss cheese, wild roquette, Roma tomatoes, chips and sauce
