A truly passionate advocate for the region’s culinary richness, he has lead some the region’s finest restaurants and has an instinctive knowledge of local provenance and seasonality that spans decades. At the home of St Hugo McNamara leads the fine-food experiences and takes the approach that the wine comes first.

Food nice. Fancy. 2 dishes excellent. 1 dish not so great. Wine nice. Pairing unusual. Wine quite expensive at $40 for 3 small glasses. Service attentive but not passionate. Just going through the process a bit. Venue awesome.
